CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
There is an amazing and fun Kids Ministry here at Traverse! We have Kids Church on Sunday mornings for Nursery through 6th grade, and we host many exciting kids and family events throughout the year.

When families arrive, kids can check in and head to their classrooms in the Kids Wing. Each service begins with 15 minutes of fun, collective kids’ worship, followed by engaging lessons and activities back in their classrooms. We use The Gospel Project curriculum, designed to point kids toward knowing Jesus.

SWITCHBACK
Switchback is designed just for 5th and 6th graders! During Sunday services, students join the main worship time and are then dismissed to their own gathering—Switchback—where they can build friendships, have fun, and grow in their faith as they make it their own. Using the Deeply Rooted curriculum, Switchback speaks to preteens right where they are, helping them tackle real-life questions and challenges while building a faith that lasts.
6th graders are also invited to be part of SUMMIT, our middle and high school ministry. SUMMIT meets on Sunday evenings, with Middle School gathering from 5–6pm.
